As we are a small business, we would really appreciate it if you could adhere to some simple instructions for bookings and queries. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
For all bookings, please text your desired day & time, and all efforts will be made to secure your preferred time. You will be given a text response to your booking time. If you must call to speak to the therapist, please do so before 6.30 pm on weekdays.
Surcharge applies for late cancellation and failure to be on time for bookings. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you are ready for treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please ensure to arrange this by 9 am the day before your scheduled visit.
