As we are a small business we really appreciate if you could adhere to some simple instructions for bookings and queries – Thank you in advance for your understanding!!
For all bookings please text your desired day & time and all efforts will be made to secure your preferred time. You will be given a text response to your booking time. If you must call to speak to the therapist, please do so before 6.30pm week days.
Surcharge applies for late cancellation and failure to be on time for bookings. We suggest you arrive 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure you are ready for treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please ensure to arrange this by 9am the day before your scheduled visit.
